摘要
通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法对当前中国青少年篮球人才的培养模式进行了分析研究,研究发现我国青少年篮球培养模式各个环节上存在问题较多:俱乐部的建设相对落后,缺乏竞争力;省市体校作为人才培养的中坚力量,地位有些削弱,人才大多止步于这一阶段;高校篮球人才培养的影响力不够,实践落后于理论,教练员和裁判员水平有限;青少年交流和合作的机会相对较少,缺乏实战经验,信心不足;管理不善,造成青少年篮球人才成长过程的断层。文章提出了相关建议和对策,力求在市场经济体制下对青少年篮球人才的培养实现可持续发展。
This paper analyzes the mode of training Chinese young basketball players.The research finds out that there exists many problems in the training mode,such as backward club construction,low status of physical schools,insufficient training and practice,and etc..The paper gives some suggestions to keep the training of young basketball players in a sustainable way.
