摘要
随着破坏森林资源的违法行为多样化,现行的森林法律法规已适应不了工作的需要。因此,就森保司法实践中遇到的诸多问题进行剖析,提出完善法律法规的意见。
Along with the destruction forest resources illegal activity diversification,the present forest laws and regulations could not meet the work need.Therefore,the woods guarantee many questions which in the judicial practice meets to carry on the analysis,gives the consummation laws and regulations comment.
