摘要
This paper describes the structure and work principle of a miniature and self-shielding electron-beam radiation processing system.Centering on the miniaturization and self-shielding,this system has been manufactured. Test results show that the energy of the electron beam is 2.5MeV,the average power of the beam is 1.2kW,the width of scanning is 300ram,and the radiation emission from this equipment to the environment is under 2uSv/h.This system is reliable,safe,easy to operate and suitable for online radiation processing for manufacture or setting on a vehicle.
介绍了一种小型化自屏蔽电子束辐照装置的结构方案设计和工作原理.该辐照装置已经完成了研制工作,以加速器技术为核心,突出了小型化和自屏蔽的设计理念,实现了电子束能量2.5MeV,束流功率1.2kW,扫描宽度300mm,环境剂量2uSv/h的技术指标,可用于普通工厂的产品在线辐照或者车载式安装应用.实际运行表明该辐照装置工作稳定、安全可靠、小型方便.
