摘要
目的 探讨颈椎强直的病因病机、诊断标准及治疗方法,并着重观察两种治法疗效的差异.方法 将180例患者随机分为观察组(90例),对照组(90例),观察组选用风池穴注射加睡豌豆枕;对照组采用布拖牵引加电脑中频理疗,观察对比临床疗效.结果 治疗21天后观察组总有效率为97.8%,对照组总有效率为80%.两组经统计学处理,临床疗效观察组优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 两种治疗方法均有效,尤以观察组疗效最佳,且方法简便价廉,值得推广.
Objective To discuss the pathogenesis,diagnostic criteria and treatment.And to observe the difference of two Treatment.Method 180 patients were randomly divided into observation group(90 cases),the control group(90 cases).Observer group selected Feng-chi point injection plus pea sleeping pillow,the control group used cervical traction and Computerized Medium Frequency Electritherapy Instrument.To observe the clinical efficacy in two treatments.Result 21 days after treatment,observer group total effective rate was 97.8%,the control group total effective rate was 80%.After statistical analysis,observation group is better than the control group in clinical efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatments are both effective.Observer group is better,the method is simple and low-cost.Also,the methods should be promoted.
