摘要
当代中国劳动关系特征可以概括为,劳动关系源起的强接续性、性质的准契约性、主体的类公民性、运行的显自协性、规范的弱制度性、走向的趋功能性。这一概括是在进行了相关的一般方法和具体方法的思考后得出的。希望当代中国能够建立起基准利益规范基础上权利和程序规范为重的契约取向劳动关系。
The characteristics of labor relations of contemporary China can be summarized as the origins are continuous strongly,the natures are quasi-contractual,of natures,the actors are similar to citizens,the functions are obvious self-associational,the regulation is weak institutional and the trend is toward functional.This conclusion is drawn from researches using general methods and concrete methods.We hope that contract-oriented labor relations which lie in emphasis in rights and procedures can be built up on ...
