摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在胃间质瘤(GST)诊断中的价值。方法对2002-10~2008-02间,在我院经手术及病理证实的13例胃间质瘤的临床及超声诊断资料加以回顾性分析。结果本组病例彩色多普勒超声均表现为有包膜,边界清晰,内部回声均质或不均质的实质性低回声肿块,血供较丰富。其中,有3例为超声首先发现。结论彩色多普勒超声对胃间质瘤具有较高的诊断率,对大多数病例均可于术前作出定性、定位诊断或鉴别诊断,可为制定临床治疗方案提供重要信息。
Objective To discuss application value of color Doppler in diagnosis of GST.Methods The clinical materials of 13 cases of GST from October 2002 to February 2008 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The lesion in this group had capsule with clear margin and homogen or non-homogen echo mass and good blood supply.3 cases were first found with Doppler.Conclusion The color Doppler might have accuracy diagnosis on GST that supply quality,location and differential diagnosis for clinic.
