摘要
电力调度的主要任务是组织、指挥、指导和协调电网的运行,保障电网安全。油田电网电力调度和地方电网电力调度,由于其单位定位、服务对象以及管理模式的不同,各自具有相应的特点。将二者进行比较,寻找其中的相似点和不同点,有助于提高油田电网电力调度水平,促进电网安全运行管理。
The principal assignment of electric power dispatch is to organize,direct,instruct and coordinate the operation of electric fence to secure electric fence.The electric power dispatch of oilfield electric fence and the electric power dispatch of local electric fence have their own features respectively because of different unit positioning,service objects and management modes.Finding their similarities and differences by comparison contributes to increasing the electric power dispatch of oilfield electric fence and promoting the secure operation management.
