摘要
人才是企业最核心和最具竞争力资源。江汉油田人才队伍建设中存在一些问题,因此江汉油田提出了人才兴企战略和人才开发战略举措:1、营造良好企业人文环境;2、设计人才职业生涯;3、完善人才激励机制;4、加强人才培养力度,为企业又好又快发展提供人才保障。
Talents are the most competitive resources at the core.Some problems exist in Jianghan Oilfield talent construction,so the measures,invigorating the enterprise through talents and developing talents,are presented.To be specific,they include creating good enterprise environment for talents,designing the career for talents,perfecting talent encouragement mechanism and strengthening talent training to ensure good and fast enterprise development.
