摘要
各种负载型非晶态NiB合金表现出优良的苯加氢催化活性。其活性与载体的表面积成正比关系 ,高比表面积的载体更有利于NiB合金的分散 ,使催化剂具有更多的活性位。TPR结果表明非晶态NiB合金负载在不同的载体上表现出不同的分散状态。与γ Al2 O3 相比较 ,海泡石和膨润土有更高的催化活性和抗硫性能 ,作为催化剂载体 。
A series of supported amorphous NiB alloys show superior catalytic activities on benzene hydrogenation Their activities are in line with the surface areas of the supports The support with high surface areas is favor of the dispersion of the amorphous NiB alloy, which results in more active sites on catalyst The TPR results indicate that amorphous NiB alloy exists in different dispersing state when supported different supports NiB alloys show higher catalytic activities and sulfur resistance after supported by sepiolite or bentonite in comparison with γ Al 2O 3 Sepiolite and bentonite attract more attention because of their applied potential as supports of catalysts
