摘要
本文研究了空间三维测量技术 ,提出了全新的三坐标测量机测量坐标转换方法、建立了经纬仪测量系统、视觉检测系统的数学模型 ,从而解决了复杂零件、大型工件的现场测量以及生产线的在线快速检测的问题。本文的方法和数学模型已经成功地在实际工作中应用 。
This paper studied the technology of spatial 3-D coordinate. The new 3-D coordinate changing method is proposed, and two measurement system mathematical models of theodolites and visual inspection are established. This paper solved the problems of complex section and workshop's lager section and on-line inspection. The methods and theories have been successfully applied.
