摘要
Rainbow型驱动器是一种具有内部应力偏移 ,兼有氧化层和还原层 ,并有特殊拱形结构的新型驱动器。在电场作用下 ,能产生较高的轴向位移 ,承受更大的应力载荷。已经显示出广阔的应用前景。本文研究了 PSZT反铁电陶瓷制备 Rainbow驱动器的过程和其基本性能。
A new type actuators called Rainbow (Reduced And Inter nally Biased Oxide Wafer) was recently developed, and shows promising characteri stics in a variety of applications. The fabrication and basic properties of Rain bow actuators made from PSZT antiferroelectric ceramics were studied. At the las t, some conclusions were put forward in this article.
