Mechanical Principle and Designing Running Shoe Innovation

摘要 运用力学原理 ,对跑鞋鞋钉的力学功能、制鞋材料的力学特性以及鞋足系统的整合性进行研究 ,建立新的跑鞋创新设计理念。研究结果表明 :鞋钉的形状、数量、分布方式及钉与鞋底的角度均对跑鞋的力学功能构成影响 ;适宜的鞋底材料能在前蹬阶段有效缓冲地面对人体的作用力 ,后蹬时产生能量的二次利用 ;鞋足系统的整合性将对成绩产生影响。建议 By applying mechanical principles the mechanical functions of the nails of the running shoes, the mechanical property of the materials for making the shoes and the integration of the shoe foot system were studied. The new idea of designing the running shoe innovation was established. The results showed that the mechanical functions of the running shoes were affected by the shape, numbers, distribution style of the nails and the angles between nails and the bottom of the shoes. The proper material for making the shoe bottoms effectively amortizes the action of the ground to the body in the phase of push forward. And in the phase of push backward the second utilization of energy would be produced. The integration of the shoe foot system would influence results. It was suggested that the characteristics of the individuation of the runner should be embodied in the new idea of designing the running shoe innovation.
