摘要
利用外资促进本国或本地区经济发展,是当代经济全球化的重要标志和区域经济发展的必然趋势。福建省早在改革开放之初便提出利用外资加速福建现代化建设的战略构想,并迅速付诸实践,这背后蕴藏着其特有的历史与现实的基础。20余年来福建利用外资所取得的巨大成就,在实践中检验了这一战略构想的科学性及其深远意义。
The use of foreign investment to brin g about an advance in local economic i s the significant symbol of contemporary economic globalizati on and the inexorable trend of region al economic development.In the beginning of reform and opening,Fujian put forwa rd a strategic idea for the use of fore ign investment to speed up Fujian modernization and carried out quick ly.There are peculiar historical an d realistic bases at the back .The gre at achievements of the use of foreign in vestment in Fujian over the past twen ty years prove the truth and profound significance of this strategic idea in practice.
