医疗机构药品集中招标采购是我国医药卫生体制和药品生产流通体制的重大改革。作为各级医疗机构要积极投入和实践。本文揭示了药品分散采购存在的 5个方面的问题 ,论述了药品集中招标采购 5个方面的作用与意义 ;
The drug pooled procurement in the medical institutions is a significant innovation in our medical health system and the drug production and the circulation system, in which medical institutions in all levels must take part. It was revealed in this article that the five aspect problems in the drug scattered procurement and stated the five aspect roles as well as the organization and precautions in the pooled procurement.
