摘要
保健科是医院中具有职能作用的保健专业管理科室。在医院干部保健工作中 ,发挥着沟通协调、窗口形象、调解医患矛盾等作用。在工作中应注意加强科室自身建设 ,善于总结工作经验 。
The health care department is the health care administration department in a hospital. In the work of cadre's health care, it plays the role of organizing and coordinationg; trying to solve discord between the doctors and patients; establishing the hospital reputation and ect. We should pay attention to strengthen the department construction, be good at absorbing work experience and keep further development.
