摘要
提高部队基层卫生干部业务素质 ,帮助部队基层开展好继续医学教育 ,是为部队基层服务切实有效的工作。我们注重发挥自身优势 ,采用重点培养、挂钩帮带、双向代职、建立培训基地等多种形式 ,着重培养基层卫生单位的业务骨干和“一专多能”的多面手 。
It is the effective work for military basic units to improve the professional quality of the health cadres and to help military basic level health units develop continuing medical education. We lay stress on bringing their superiority into play and adopting diversified forms, for example, training of the key points, helping and guiding each other, holding posts simultaneously and establishing training base etc. It is trained stressly that main forces of basic level health units and versatile persons of 'one speciality but more abilities'. We reached good results.
