摘要
结合“血管损伤的实验和临床研究”课题 ,提出了“研究→创新→推广→提高”的全程管理模式 ;提出了必须注重科技产出 ,将科研成果迅速推广应用 ,转化为现实生产力 ;提出了科研管理者必须要深入到科研一线 ;树立管理就是服务的思想 ,发挥组织、协调、服务、监督和指导的职能 ,依靠管理出人才、出成果、出效益 。
With the study of the experimental and clinical research on vascular injury, we put forward the full-time management model for the scientific research: research→ innovation→spreading→improving. We proposed that we must pay more attention to the scientific and technological output, put accomplishments of the scientific research into the practice, and transformed them into actual productivity. We proposed that the administrators of the scientific research must go to the front line of the scientific research deep and established the idea that management is service, and performed functions of the organization, coordination, service, supervision and guidance. We must depend on the management for the output of the manpower, accomplishments, social benefits and economic efficiency and for the optimal management efficiency.
