摘要
城市防灾工程规划在现代城市规划过程中是一个极为重要的方面,通过对城市防灾各个影响因素的分析,结合目前我国基于3S技术的数字城市开发平台的发展现状及特点,针对如何在防灾规划中合理利用3S共享技术平台这一高科技手段,提出了一个初步的城市防灾预测模型.
The urban disaster resistent planning is very important to modern urban planning.Through analyzing all kinds of disaster factors,and combining the development situation and characteristics of the digital city model based on 3S technology,and aiming at how to use the 3S technology resonably in the disaster resistent planning,a preliminary forecast model and corresponding methodology are brought forward.
