摘要 全球信息网格(GIG)是传感器网、通信网和武器平台网的综合集成,是美军网络中心战和夺取信息优势的基础设施.描述了GIG的概念,分析了GIG的发展历程、体系结构、积极意义以及存在的问题,表明GIG将成为系统中的系统,以解决各类信息系统的集成和互操作问题. Global Information Grid (GIG) is the integration of sensor networks, communication networks and engaging networks. GIG will provide the fundamental infrastructure of Network-Centric Warfare and information superiority for the U.S. Military. The concept and development history of GIG is given, and the GIG architecture is described. It is shown that GIG will become a system of systems by integrating all kinds of information systems and solve the co-operation problems between them.
