摘要
目的 探讨老年颅脑损伤的临床特点和诊治经验。方法 回顾性分析234例年龄大于60岁颅脑损伤患者的临床特点及诊治情况。结果 存活109例,死亡125例,老年颅脑损伤其合并伤、合并症、并发症较多见。结论 针对老年人颅脑损伤临床特点积极并重诊治处理颅脑损伤、合并伤及合并症,以期减少并发症,提高本类病人的治疗效果。
Objective To study the clinical characteristic and experience of treatment on the braininjury in old patients.Methods To andbyze the therapeutic effect of 234 cases brain injury in oldpatients whose age were over 60 years old. Results 109 cases were alive, and 125 cases were dead. Therewere more complex lesion and complication in the brain injury of old patients. Conclusion In order toimprove the therapeutic effect of the brain injury of old Parients ,The comples resion and complicationshould be treatcd equally with the brain injury.
