摘要
目的 通过比较单纯哈氏分离棒等力撑开或分叉棍非等力撑开的方法,观察分叉棍的优越性。方法每套分叉棍包括棍间接头1只,哈氏分离棒2根,长度为28~45cm,上钩2只,弹簧1支。结果 分叉棍平均矫正度、矫正率、平均增加身高均高于单纯哈氏分离棒,且无胸椎关节突压缩性骨折的发生。结论 分叉棍要明显优于单纯哈氏分离棒。
The authors reported 85 cases of severe scoliosis treated with fork instrumentation,which was based on the Harrington’s medthod for scoliosis correction. In view of the increasingly weakerbony structure of the upper segments of the spinal column, which was considered by the authors as in theshape of a tower, with smaller tip and a larger base, the modified forked rods provided two points of forceof action at the upper end of the spine where the bony structure is weak while one point of force actionis set up over the lower end where the bony structure is tough. A systen of different magnitude ofdistraction is established instead of the original system exerting equal distraction on the two ends ofthe spinal column. The incidence of compression or fracture of the upper hooks is minimized and mean whilethe disability of the hanging hooks is strengthened. Significant effect was observed in the series of 85cases; the correctior on Cobb’s angle reached up to an average of degrees, which is hardly obtainblyby using Harrington’s method. The authors believe the Fork rods is effective instrumentation for thecorrection of sereve cases of scoliosis.
