质谱同位素稀释法在钚量分析中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 叙述了用质谱同位素稀释法(IDMS)测定钚量的分析技术、实验采用^(242)Pu作为稀释剂,对不同含量钚废液中的钚进行了同位素稀释法应用分析。在95%的置信水平下,用本方法分析高、低含量钚时,相对扩展不确定度分别为0.5%和5%。 A analytical method for determination of plutonium content by isotope dilution mass spectrometry is introduced. Plutonium in waste liquid with different plutonium content are measured by using 242Pu as spike. The results show that the relative expanded uncertainty for this method is 0. 5% for higher plutonium content, and 5% for lower plutonium content at 95% confidence level, respectively.
