摘要
由于经营情况的复杂性和内外条件的不稳定性,企业随时面临危机的发生,危机管理也就成为企业管理中一个重要的课题。文章从南京冠生园事件出发,分析了危机管理模型,提出了危机事件处理分析模型,对南京冠生园危机事件处理进行了评价。指出企业要在经营过程中生存发展,必须学会防范和处理危机,建立起企业的危机预警系统,提高企业自身免疫力。
Because of the complication of management and the instability of internal conditions, enterprises may face crises all the time, therefore crisis management becomes an important issue of enterprise management. Based on the refections on the case of Nanjing guanshengyuan, this article analyzes crisis management model, points out the crisis events transaction analysis model and evaluates the treatments on the Nanjing guanshengyuan case. Enterprises must learn to prevent and deal with crises, establish the crisis pre-warning system, enhance enterprise immunization, so as to develop healthily and gradually in the growing process.
