摘要
有效利用财务杠杆和经营杠杆是财务管理、企业管理的主要内容,但经济人的有限理性确定了财务风险与经营风险始终如影相随。能否降低风险保持适度的杠杆作用,关键是寻找适度的分工规模以及明确市场与企业组织分工的功能边界。
How to make full use of operation leverage (OL) and financial leverage (FL) is the main content of financial management and enterprise management. However, it is possible for one business to face financial risk and operafional risk because of the limited ration of every 'self-interested individual'. The fundamental means of preventing business from taking risk is to distinguish the scale of market and the scale of organizations.
