摘要
从安然公司破产的原因分析来看,其中一个重要的原因就是公司盲目放弃了自己的主营业务,而转向了电子交易等领域,即公司的多元化战略出现了问题。企业进行多元化的原因很多,指导企业进行多元化战略的理论也很多,其中主要有范围经济理论和交易费用理论。文章具体分析了多元化的理论运用及其绩效,然后从安然这一具体案例中得出启示。
Among causes of Enron' s bankruptcy, one important cause is that the company has given up major business and transferred to electron transaction and other fields, that is to say strategy of enterprise variety has come deviant. There are many causes for enterprise variety, and theories to guide enterprise variety are: scope economy theory and transactions costs theory. This paper analyzes variety theory application and its achivement and utility, then some insporations are gained from Enron event.
