摘要
目的对1999年1月至2002年8月收治的96例脑出血患者总结分析,了解基层医院对脑出血患者的治愈率,加强对危重病人的监护和治疗。方法对所有病例进行头颅 CT 定位,根据出血部位及出血量的多少行内科保守治疗及外科手术治疗。结果 96例患者中,存活77例,存活率75.3%,死亡19例,死亡率24.7%。结论对于脑出血患者,要结合其年龄、出血部位、出血量多少及出血机制的不同,灵活掌握治疗时机,对治愈率有一定的影响。
objective To brohe the cure-rate of cerebral hemorrhage in basic hospital based on the analysis of 96 cases with cerebral hemorrhage hospitalized from Jannuary 1999 to Aught 2002 ,Strengthen the care and treatmeut of the serious patient.Methods All of cases Performed head-location via CT examination,and suitably treated with medication or surgical operation according to the position and volume of hemorrhage.Results Of the 96 cases with cerebral hemorrhage.77 survived,19 dead.Conclusions We should pay suitable treatment,according to the age,position,volume and mechanism of hemorrhage,it is most effective for the cure-rate.
