摘要
目的探讨肋腺涎瘘的病因和治疗方法。方法回顾性总结腮腺涎瘘的诊治情况。结果腮腺涎瘘的主要病因是外伤,其次是医源性损伤,本病的治疗主要采用非手术治疗,导管瘘则以手术治疗为佳。结论正确、及时的诊断是治疗肋腺涎瘘的天键,并要区分腺体瘘与导管瘘。
Objective To evaluate the cansing and treatment of salivary fistula in parotid gland.Method From April 1986 to August 2002.32 cases with salivary fistula in parotid gland were hospitalized,we review all the clinical materials of the cases.including the diagnosis and treatment.Results the main cause of the disease is woand,the second is medical injury.The treatment for the gland fisluta is non-operative and for the stensen's duct is operative. Conclusions A correct and prompt diagnosis is the key treating salivary fistula,and it is necessary to distinguish the posistion of salivary fistula.
