摘要
从深入分析现代高职学生既存在青年学生的一般特征,又具有新型知识结构的思想观念的实际状况入手,指出了传统的学生管理模式在新时期学生工作中的局限性和不足之处,提出了坚持“人本主义”思想,培养学生自主创新能力的学生工作观念。
The students of higher technical and vocational institute not only have normal features of students, hut also have their own thinking methods.
