摘要
暴力作为一个全球性社会问题,近年来频繁地在我国校园及其周边发生,给青少年学生带来身体及心理上的极大伤害。由于其后果的严重性,防"暴"治"暴"已成为当前净化学校环境的一项重要任务。文章在分析学校暴力产生原因的基础上,提出防"暴"治"暴"的学校管理策略。
As a worldwide social problem, violent offences have happened frequently in our country's school campus and neighborhoods recent years, and they greatly harm the young students physically and psychologically. Because of the serious consequences, it becomes an important task to prevent and control school violence and clean up school environments. Based on the analyses of causes of the crime, this article advances management tactics of preventing and controlling school violence.
