摘要
通过对 MIS开发过程中人员需求与能力分析 ,说明了在 MIS的建设和发展中人的因素的重要性 ,探讨了 MIS专业人员应具备的素质。针对我国目前在 MIS建设中忽略各种人员对 MIS开发成功的影响而产生的问题 ,提出了应对措施 ,认为管理者、技术人员、使用人员应提高认识通力合作 。
The importance of the human factor in the process of developing the management information system (MIS) is illustrated through the analysis of the personnel requirement and the capabilities needed,and the essential quality of the specialized personnel is also discussed. The current problems which result from ignoring the effect of the related persons on the MIS development in China are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are given. The improvement of the knowledge of the managers, technicians and users and their collaboration are regarded as the key for the enterprise to improve the development quality of the MIS.
