摘要
作为观念和思想在教育中的一种体现,办学理念的形成与实践是关涉到教育发展根本的重要基础之一,对于正在发展初级阶段的我国现代远程教育更是这样。本文从科学、精确地界定办学理念的基本内涵入手,对我国当前远程教育办学理念的实践现状及其代表模式进行了分析比较,提出了与国际远程教育发展间的不足与欠缺,并据此提出了我国远程教育应树立以“以人为本”为核心理念的办学理念及相应的方略设计。
As a reflection of notions and ideas in education,the formation and pratice of education ideas is one of essencial basis of education development, especially for the modern distance eduation which is in a beginning phase in China at present.Through the defination, the author comparatively analyses the practiceable situation and model of distance education ideas,singles out the gap to the international standerds, and presents the distance education idea of ″Cored in perple″ and its strategy.
