摘要
作者尝试以陶行知先生“教学合一”思想来审视远程教学及其过程,并通过分析指出:从教学过程看,远程教学的教与学也是不可分而“合一”的整体;从教学关系来看,远程教学也需要建立教与学的适应关系,教学适应问题的主要方面是学习者学的适应;从教师的角色发展来看,远程教学的教师也需要通过自我发展,在教学中发展个性,展示个性,发挥教师的个性与专长。
Using TaoXingzhi's 'Teaching & Learning in One' thought, the author tries to examine distance teaching and its process. He also points out that from teaching process, teaching and learning must be in one instead of being separated; from relation in teaching, distance teaching should set up a co-adjusting relation between teaching and learning, mainly on learners; from the role of teachers, they need self-development: to develop and display their personality in teaching.
