摘要
本文针对西部高校信息化建设相对滞后,教育教学资源相对匮乏的现状,分析了网上教育教学资源的含义和特征,对西部高校在资金相对短缺情况下如何建设和共享网上教育教学资源提出了应对策略,以期推进西部高校的教育信息化建设进程。
Reference to the present situation in institutions of higher education in Western China: comparatively lagging-behind in information and shortage of fund, the article analyzes the implication and features of network teaching resource.To promote the construction of educational information, the authors present the strategy on how to construct and share network teaching resource.
