摘要
我国虽已建立了一套较为完整的社会保障体系,但社会养老保险制度的功能单一,尚不能解决社会保障的最高层次——精神保障。由此,要实现老年社会保障中的精神保障,就应该更多的发挥与老年人生活紧密相关的社区的作用。老年人的精神保障与社区密切相关。
Though the social security system has been set up in China, the function of the old-age insurance system is still
simplistic and fails to have the mental security------- the highest level of social security-- insured. Therefore, community is to
play an important role in realizing the mental security to the aged. The mental security to the aged has a direct bearing on community.
