摘要
本文以农村社区发展为背景,以桐城市双港镇的个案资料为基础,分析农村劳动力外出就业给老人照顾带来的影响。研究结果表明:在经济照顾上,儿子外出就业,收入的增加同样惠及到家中的老人;对老人的经济支持突出了货币形式;儿子全部外出就业家庭的老人所得到的经济支持明显好于儿子全部在家就业类型的老人。从线性回归的分析结果得知:外出的儿子数、外出儿子的年均收入分别与老人所能得到的经济支持呈正比例关系。在精神照顾上,儿子外出之后老人的孤独感也随之增强。在生活照料上,儿子外出之后,在生活照料上出现了雇人代为照料的新现象。
Taking rural community development as the background and the case materials of the Town of Shuanggang as basis, this paper analyses the influence of the flow- out rural manpower upon the care for the aged. The result shows that the son' s increasing income from outside employment benefits the aged at home. This kind of economic care takes a conspicuous form of currency. The aged from the family with all the sons' work outside is better economically supported than the aged from the family with all the sons' work at home. As to the mental care, the aged leaving to live in solitude can' t help feeling increasing lonely and the life care for them comes from hire hands instead of the sons' hands.
