摘要
利用 13X型、13X + 5A型、Y型、附载金属镍的 13X型分子筛、高岭土等对FCC汽油进行物理吸附 ,脱除其中的硫化合物 ,结果表明 :孔径较大的分子筛及比表面积大于 15 0m2 /g的高岭土对FCC汽油中的硫化合物有较强的吸附能力 .适宜的吸附脱硫条件为 :吸附空速 1.0h-1,吸附床层温度 2 2 0℃ ,吸附压力 0 .3MPa .对硫含量为 74 4 μg/ g的FCC汽油进行吸附 ,可得到硫含量低于 36 0 μg/ g的汽油产品 .
Some organic sulphur compounds in the FCC can be physically adsorbed by the 13X,13X and 5A,Y type zeolitic molecular sieres and the 13X which is loaded Nickel and the kaoline(the specific surface area orer 150 square per garm).The study shows that the 13X and the kaoline can absorb more organic sulphur compounds,and the optimized technical conditions are:the airspeed of the liquid gasoline is 1.0 per hour;the temperature of the adsorption bed is 220?℃;the pressure of adsorption is 0.3 MPa.By sorption of FCC in which the sulpber content is 744μg/g,oil product can be got with sulpher content less than 360μg/g.
