摘要
以固体超强酸LaZSM - 5沸石分子筛为催化剂 ,应用常压液固相酯化反应合成了乙酸乙酯 .考察了催化剂用量、酸醇比、反应温度对酯化率的影响 .结果表明 ,催化剂用量为 7% (重量 ) ,酸醇比为 2 .5∶ 1,反应温度为 10 0～ 110℃时 ,酯化率为 94 % .
Ethye Acetate is synthesized by liquid solid phase esterification at common pressure with LaZSM-5 zeolite molecular sieve as catalyst.The effects of the amount of the catalyst used,the ratio of alcohol to aced and the temperature on ester yield are considered.It is shown that,the ester yield will be 94% when the amount of LaZSM-5 is 7(weight),the molar ratio of acetic aced to osopentanol is 2.5∶1,the reaction temperature is 100～110℃.
