摘要
入世后 ,我国会计市场将受到竞争加剧、人才流失等冲击。建立统一的会计规范体系、拓展服务领域、扩大规模、全面提高会计人员的综合素质将是可行之举。
China has joined the WTO,and accounting market will encounter more openings.Domestic accounting firms will experience more drastic competition and resignation of the personnel.The article discusses the impact on domestic accounting firms and the countermeasures about China's joining the WTO.It's feasible to enlarge the size,widen the service scope,establish the mechanism of training,and improve the level of management and quality control of the accounting workers.
