我国一直是反倾销的最大受害者 ,一个重要原因是欧美等国对我国实行“非市场经济国家”政策 ,这一政策在短时期内不会发生显著变化。我国企业应尽可能减少损失 ,充分利用世贸组织的规则 ,利用美国内部立法中对我国有利的规定 ,同时 。
China is the victim of anti dumping all the time.One of the important reasons is that some countries as USA and Europe union practise non market economy policy on chinese enterprises,and this policy will not be changed in a long time.Chinese government and enterprises should minimize the damage by taking positive measures by making good use of WTO rules and rules of the internal legislation of America, meanwhile our country must take advantage of favorable regulations and strengthen the self discipline of the export enterprises.
