摘要
通过对我校大学生铅球成绩的测试 ,客观分析了学生铅球水平的现状和存在的问题 ,提出了进一步提高和改进铅球教学课的建议和对策 ,为今后铅球教学改革提供了理论依据 .
Through the test of the university men's shot subject achivement objectively in my shool, This paper analysizes the actuality of the students' shot level and the problems that exist, and brings forward some suggests and counter measures to improve the shot subject teaching. It supplies some theoretic gists for the shot teaching innovation in the future.
