摘要
张天翼处于传统文学、西方文学和“五四文学”三种精神源流的交汇处。在外国作家中 ,狄更斯对他的影响最大 ,而他最钦佩果戈理和契诃夫。研究张天翼与外国文学的关系 ,在很大程度上就是研究外国文学在他作品中创造性转换的问题。作为一个创造性的接受主体 ,张天翼对外国文学的接受既受特定历史条件的制约 。
In Zhang Tianyi ,one finds a convergence of influences from three resources, namely, traditional literature, western literature and ″May 4th literature″. Among the foreign writers, Dickens was the most important influence on Zhang Tianyi,but the writers Zhang Tianyi admired most were Gogol and Chekhov. The study of the relations between Zhang Tianyi′novels and the foreign influences he received, to some extent, is the study of a creative conversion of foreign influences in his works. But such a conversion was restricted not only by the specific historical conditions but also by his cultural psychology and his horizon of expectations.
