摘要
本报告根据问卷调查的结果,从基本情况、打工经历、劳动时间和经济收入、工作、生活的条件与环境、企业的管理制度、福利待遇与健康状况等诸多方面,对广东地区外来女工的权益保障问题与生存状况进行了描述和分析。
With reference to the results of an opinion poll, this essay describes and analyses the protection of the rights and interests of the non-native women workers in Guangdong Province and their subsistence conditions from the following aspects: basic situation, work experience, work hours and income, working and living conditions versus the environment and enterprise management system, and welfare benefits versus health conditions.
