Along with the rapid development of pipeline transferring technology, individual
pipeline companies will carry out technical innovation activities to reduce energy and material consumption and guarantee safe operation. They will use computer system to optimize the operation management, and make routine checks and integrity evaluation of old pipeline. Computerized pipeline simulation technology is a powerful tool for dynamic analysis of pipeline conditions, for operation plan preparation, and for leakage inspection and analysis.
