摘要
介绍了7412号半流体齿轮润滑脂的研制过程及实际应用实例,评价了7412号半流体齿轮润滑脂的高温性能、极压润滑性能、抗水性能和储存性能,证明7412号半流体齿轮润滑脂使用寿命长,润滑性好,能有效防止泄漏。
This paper introduces the study process and some application examples of synthetic semi - fluid
gear lubricating grease 7412. High - temperature property and EP property of grease 7412 is evaluated with the bake method and four - ball machine, et al. Its anti.- water and storage property is also evaluated. Through field application test, it is approved that grease 7412 has long durable life , good lubrication and can resist the leakage of the grease.
