摘要
质量是高校教育的生命线 ,系级研究生管理队伍建设是提高培养质量的关键环节之一。他们的政治素质、精神境界和学识修养对研究生的成长影响很大。完善用人机制、优化队伍结构。
Teaching quality is vital to colleges and universities. One of its key factors is whether a team of high-quality counselors for graduate students at department level can be formed. The counselors must be politically correct, of a noble character and profound in learning. Their quality improvement depends on the perfecting of the selecting mechanism, the optimizing of their team structure and the providing of opportunities for them to further study both politically and academically.
