摘要
教育理念是关于教育是什么以及如何是的认识,它首先关涉到教育对象即人的认识。相应历史上关于人的不同哲思,教育理念呈三个发展阶段,即古希腊时期、文艺复兴时期和工业革命以来的时期。工业革命以来的教育理念主要受技术理性影响,它集中表现为"人力资本"教育理念,并由此左右着学校的培养目标、办学宗旨、专业和课程的设置以及教学方法等,从而使传统教育大为改观。
Educational idea is about what education is and how it is realized, which is initially concerned with the realization of educational objects. Relevant with different ideas about human beings in history, educational idea displays 3 developmental phrases: the ancient Greek phrase, the renaissance and the industrial revolution phrase. From the industrial revolution forward, educational idea is mainly influenced by technical sense, which is focused on human power capital educational idea and decides school's educational aim, guiding principle for schoolrunning, specialties, course arrangement and teaching method, thus has brought a great change in traditional education.
