摘要
我们应借鉴中国古代监察制度以完善我国现行的纪检监察机制。具体可以从增强纪检监察部门独立性、完善有关法律法规和提高监检机关地位和权限这三个方面来入手。
We should use the experience of ancient supervisory system for reference in improving the current discipline inspecting system. The measures are as follows: strengthen the independence of discipline inspecting and supervision department, make perfect the relevant laws and rules, improve the position and power of discipline inspecting institutions.
