摘要 涉外谈判中适当运用模糊词语、模糊限制语、精确数量词及标点符号等模糊手段,能起到简洁准确、幽默委婉、增加信息、摆脱困境、延续话语等修辞和交际功能。模糊策略是外交人员、公关人员和其他人员不可或缺的交际艺术。 As one of the tactics and speech techniques of foreign negotiations,proper fuzzy wording can meet the special needs of social contact. The proper use of fuzzy words, hedges, exact numeral-classifier compounds and punctuation marks can carry out some rhetorical and communicative functions in foreign negotiations, such as succinctness and accuracy, humor and tact, addition of information, extrication from predicaments, and continuation of utterances. Fuzzy wording becomes an indispensable artistic skill for diplomatic personnel, public relations officials and other people.
