摘要
南洋理工学院是新加坡的一所工程应用型高等专科学校 ,该校结合国家发展的实际情况办学 ,办学策略先进 ,有着鲜明的办学特色。他们特别提倡一种校园文化、学院设计与规划的超前意识、亲商意识和科技园的概念 ,教学机构的设置上也充分体现技能开发的特色 ,强调办学与企业的联系以及采用“教学工厂”的概念来编制专业课程 ,学生在校三年的学习中 ,既接受完整有效的理论知识教育 ,又接受来自于“教学工厂”行之有效的实践技能培训 ,在教学过程中采用先进的电子教学与学习的方法 ,提高了教学的效果。其成功的办学经验 。
Nanyang Polytechnic is an institute of applied sciences in Singapore. It takes into consideration the actual needs of Singapore thus has distinguishing features. Due attention has been paid to its campus culture and design. It is commerce-oriented and takes after a special zone of hi-tech. It emphasizes skill developing of its students by dispatching them to factories and corporations to obtain practical abilities. The curricula are designed according to the notion of 'teaching factory'. In three years its students will receive not only good academic education, but also effective practical education from factories. The introduction of multimedia into teaching and studying is conducive to its teaching effects. Its successful experience will enlighten its Chinese counterparts.
