摘要
图像复制过程中的质量控制是实现图像复制颜色再现和阶调再现的最主要工作。扫描仪是印前系统图像输入的主要设备,扫描仪的物理特性以及对原稿色彩与阶调信息的再现能力对最终的图像复制质量有非常重要的影响。因此,对扫描仪的扫描特性进行测试与校准是图像质量控制的重要工作。介绍了设计制作的扫描仪测试标准扫描原稿,并在Heidelberg色彩管理套件的Scanopen软件环境下利用该原稿对扫描仪颜色特性进行测试并生成 ICC标准的设备特性文件。还对自行设计的标准扫描原稿与 IT8.7/2标准原稿进行测试与讨论,并对扫描仪的标准化校正提出了一些想法。
In the process of image reproduction, the quality control is the most important task in order to reproduce the color and the tone of an image. The scanner is the main device for importing images in a prepress system. Its physical property and the ability for reproducing the tone of an image will greatly affect the final quality of the duplication. Therefore, it is essential to test and calibrate a scanner in order to control the quality in image reproduction. A standard original for scanner testing is designed and used to create standard ICC profiles for input devices within the software environment of Scanopen that is developed by Heidelberg. Furthermore, the designed original is compared with IT8 standard original by testing and discussion, and some ideas about scanner standardization are brought up as well.
